My easy-to-use order request process allows you to bring your vision to life. Simply provide me with the necessary details, and I will craft a one-of-a-kind shirt that exceeds your expectations.
To begin, please send an email to support@gracefullyrusticshop.com and specify the following details:
1. Shirt Style: Choose from a variety of options, including t-shirts, polo shirts, button-down shirts, and more. Let me know the desired style that suits your preferences.
2. Shirt Color: Choose the base color for your custom shirt. I offer a wide range of color options to suit your preferences. Whether you prefer classic neutrals, bold and vibrant tones, or something in between, I have the perfect color for you.
To find the most common color options with the two most common t-shirt brands click "Graphic Tees" at the top of the page and then under the "Color & Size Options" you will be able to select the brand of shirt to see the size chart and color options.
3. Color Palette: Indicate your preferred color scheme, whether you desire a solid hue or a combination of vibrant shades. Feel free to provide specific Pantone or RGB values if you have a particular color in mind.
4. Design Specifications: Share your design concept or upload any reference images, logos, or artwork that you'd like to incorporate. I will work closely with you to bring your ideas to fruition.
5. Quantity: Specify the number of shirts you wish to order. Whether you need a single shirt or a bulk order, we can accommodate your requirements.
6. Additional Requirements: If you have any specific requests or special instructions please let me know in this section.
Once I receive your order request, I will review your specifications and provide you with a detailed quote and estimated timeline. I strive to ensure clear communication and exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Turnaround Time
At Gracefully Rustic Shop, I pride myself on being a one-woman show, handling every aspect of the shirt creation process from design to production. As the sole designer and maker, I ensure meticulous attention to detail and a personal touch in every shirt I create.
Designing Turnaround Time: Our designing process typically takes between 7-14 business days. During this time, I collaborate with you to bring your ideas to life. I carefully consider your design specifications, incorporate any provided reference images or logos, and work closely with you to ensure the design meets your expectations.
Shirt/Tumbler Production Time: Once the design is confirmed, my production process begins, and it generally takes 14-21 business days to complete.
Please note that the turnaround times provided are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the design, the availability of materials, and the current order volume. I strive to maintain clear communication with my customers throughout the process and will keep you updated on the progress of your order.
