No Return or Refund Policy - Due to the Nature of Our Physical Products
At Gracefully Rustic Shop, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products, including graphic tees, tumblers, boutique items, and more. Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. However, we want to inform our cherished customers of our no return or refund policy.
Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items:
While we adhere to a strict no return or refund policy for most products, we do make exceptions for the following circumstances:

Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Digital Designs:
Digital downloads are unfortunately not eligible for refunds or returns. All sales are final. Please read the listing carefully prior to purchase. If you have any issues accessing or using the files, please let me know as I'm always happy to help!
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. In such cases, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that this cooling-off period applies exclusively to orders shipped to the European Union.
